Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a critical skill for building strong relationships, managing stress, and leading teams effectively. The Emotional Intelligence Training program is designed to help individuals develop the self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal skills needed to navigate complex social and professional situations. Participants will learn how to recognize and manage their emotions, understand others’ feelings, and respond appropriately in various contexts.
